Canadian volunteers on professional medical mission offers medical products and services in Poland

A team of Canadians remaining their mark in Poland throughout a modern clinical mission. The volunteers utilised their clinical skills to enable treat badly hurt civilians and soldiers.

All of the surgeons, nurses and professional medical employees with the Canada Ukraine Foundation’s Canada Ukraine Surgical Help Method are volunteers who are fueled by passion.

A 33-year-previous Ukrainian female, who was seriously injured when a Russian missile struck her property, spoke to Global News. Her son died in the missile strike.

Over 10 days of the mission, the Canadian clinical staff consulted with 28 individuals and completed 42 intricate processes, performing alongside Polish and Ukrainian medical practitioners.

“(We are) educating Ukrainian physicians to do state-of-the-art surgical procedures, whether it be orthopedic care or micro-surgical care,” stated Dr. Kevin Higgins.
